Here are some great holistic healthy recipes for each meal of the day, that can be varied throughout the week. Enjoy!

1 sweet potatoes cubed
1 cup of kale
1/4 cup of green onion
1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes
Sauté in coconut oil until potato is tender. Make sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Or squeeze fresh lemon juice for added flavor.
15 bean soup
1/4 of brown rice


1/2 pound of lemon garlic steamed mussels
1 cup of kale
1pint of cherry tomatoes
A light meal for dinner is key to your overall health and well being. Gives your metabolism to prepare for rest overnight.

Snack
1/2 cup of your favorite granola
1/2 cup of blueberries
Small snacks throughout the day in between meals, is a excellent way to increase the speed of your metabolism.
